General shipping information
International orders will processed by Flow and your items will ship directly from our warehouse. After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Custom and made-to-order items will first be sent from the maker to our Brooklyn warehouse, and then they will be forwarded for final delivery.
At checkout, you’ll see a specific delivery timeframe based on the destination country and the shipping options available for your items. These times can vary, so be sure to use checkout for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
We mainly use DHL Express for our express shipping, while standard orders usually ship via Landmark Global and are handed over to a local carrier once they reach your country.
Costs
International shipping costs depend on several factors, including the service level you choose, the number of items, their weight, and the destination country. You’ll see the shipping costs calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on your order and shipping address.
You can choose to pre-pay duties and taxes at the time of purchase or upon delivery. Many customers prefer to pre-pay to avoid any hassle later on. If you opt for pre-payment, duties and taxes will be included in one fee.
Restrictions
If there are items that can’t be shipped internationally, we’ll let you know during the checkout process. Additionally, some countries have restrictions that prevent oversized items from being shipped.

To check the status of your international order, please visit our order lookup page. You’ll need to enter your order number and billing zip code. If your billing address doesn’t have a zip code, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
