All international orders at Uncommon Goods are handled by Flow, and they will be shipped directly from us.
Flow collaborates with online retailers to make it easier for international customers to access products from the United States. This means you can see prices in your local currency and your total (including duties, taxes, and shipping fees) will be displayed at checkout.
Orders processed by Flow will be sent straight from Uncommon Goods to your international address.
Custom and made-to-order items are shipped from the maker to our Brooklyn warehouse first, and then forwarded for final delivery.

International return policy
Returns usually take about 10-14 business days to reach our Brooklyn warehouse. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order. Please note that we can't offer exchanges or replacements for international orders.
Refunds generally take 7-10 business days to appear on the original payment method after they are issued. Please keep in mind that refunds do not cover shipping fees, duties, or taxes if they were combined at the time of purchase.
Custom-made items cannot be returned, and fine jewelry has a 30-day return window. After 30 days, we won't be able to accept returns. If you receive a damaged item, something is missing, or your order hasn’t arrived, please reach out to our customer service team.

Order cancellation
You have a brief window to cancel orders, typically within 30 minutes of placing them. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we can’t cancel it, so you would need to return it for a refund.
