What is BorderFree?
Borderfree, now known also as Pitney Bowes, partners with online retailers to sell internationally by providing international customers with access to products found in the United States. Borderfree allows local currency prices to be visible throughout UncommonGoods and displays your final total (including customs tariffs, taxes and shipping fees) during checkout. Borderfree also enables UncommonGoods to take advantage of a shipping network that delivers packages quickly and reliably to global customers.
International orders placed at UncommonGoods will be sent from UncommonGoods to a Borderfree facility, and Borderfree will forward the orders to the final international destination.
What is your return policy for international orders?
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
May I cancel an order after it has been placed?
There is a small window of time in which orders may be canceled. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, canceling the order is not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within the first 2 hours after the order has been placed.

Can you send a catalog to non-US addresses?
While we can't send catalogs internationally, the latest version of our catalog can be found in the footer of our website.
