We know that sometimes things come up, and you or your guest may not be able to make it to the class. Here are some options for you:
If the class is more than 48 hours away
You can reschedule your class here. Just have your order number and billing zip code ready. If you don’t have that info, feel free to use the unique reschedule link found under the experience date in your confirmation email.
If none of the future dates work for you, or if there aren’t any other dates scheduled, we can send you a recording of the experience that you can watch anytime. Just email our experiences team, and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
If the class starts in less than 48 hours, has already started, or was missed
Unfortunately, rescheduling isn’t an option at this point. However, we can provide you with a recording of the class. While it’s not quite the same as being there live, we believe you’ll still enjoy it. Please note that this recording won’t be from the day of your experience, but it is of the highest quality. Just reach out to our experiences team, and we’ll get it to you.
