Help! Something's come up and me or my recipient cannot attend the scheduled Experience class!
If the intended attendee is unable to make it to class, here are your options:
1. If your class begins in more than 48 hours:
You can start to reschedule your class by clicking HERE to look up your order and going to the reschedule link for your experience (make sure you have your order number and billing zip code handy). If you do not have your order number or billing zip code, you can also click the unique "reschedule" link underneath the experience date in your confirmation email.
Alternatively, if none of the future dates work for you or if there are currently no other future dates scheduled for the class, we can send a recording of the experience that can be viewed at any time. Simply contact us via chat, email or phone and we'll be happy to further assist you!
2. If your class has already started or was missed:
Since rescheduling is no longer available because your class begins in less than 48 hours, we can offer you a recording of the class. If that works for you, please contact us and we'll be happy to send it right over!
While it is not the same as attending the session live, we hope you enjoy the recorded experience!
Please note: Recordings will not be from the day of your experience and is rather a recording we found to be of the highest possible quality.
By accepting the recording, you agree that you will not share or distribute the recording to anyone, nor post it on social media.
