If you have an expired credit, or can't seem to find it, there's no need to worry! Simply contact us via email or live chat and we'll be happy to help you. Please include the following:
- The code if you have it (series of #'s and letters, usually 8 characters long)
- The email associated with your account or perks membership
- The Order # from your purchase
Credits usually take 1 business day to process. Please give your bank a few extra days to post this credit to your balance. If we need to get you a new code, we'll be happy to. We're always here to help, happy shopping!
