How to get help if you forgot to apply your credit to an order

If you forgot to apply your Uncommon Credit at checkout, there is no need to worry! Simply contact us via email or live chat and we'll be happy to issue you a credit. Please include the following: 

• The code (series of #'s and letters, usually 8 characters long)
• The email associated with your account or perks membership
• The Order # from your purchase

Credits usually take 1 business day to process. Please give your bank a few extra days to post this credit to your balance. We're always here to help, happy shopping!
