We're excited to offer you the option to save your credit card information to your Uncommon Goods account. Having this information saved means you'll be able to place all of your orders quickly, and securely.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards – American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Is there a limit to the number of credit cards I can save?
There is no limit to the number of cards you can save to your account.
If you're an Uncommon Perks member, the card you already use for your membership fee will also be used during checkout, unless you decide to change it.
How do I update my default card on file?
The most recent card you save to your account will be set as the default card. In order to change your default card, delete it and add a new one.
How do I delete my saved credit card from my account?

Click update or delete in order to change the expiration date or delete a card on file
Note: If you wish to update a credit card number, delete the card and create a new one.
How is my credit card information kept secure?
All credit card information sent to Uncommon Goods is encrypted using Transport Layer Security technology (TLS) and tokenized with our credit card processors. Uncommon Goods doesn't store any sensitive credit card information, only tokens returned to us by our processors.
How do I save my credit card information?
- Log into your account.
- During checkout, you'll enter your card information - number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Choose, "Add to Saved Payment Methods"

- Once your card information has been confirmed, it will be saved in your account.
How will my saved information appear during checkout?
If you're logged into your account during checkout, your saved credit card information will be autofilled in the credit card field. The most recent card you've saved will appear first.
If you have alternate credit cards saved or would like to add a new credit card, click on the down arrow in the credit card field.
Why don't I need to re-enter the CVV number from my credit card?
Since we tokenize credit card information the first time the information is added, we don't need to re-enter the CVV number for subsequent purchases.
How do I update my credit card information during checkout?
You can update the expiration date on your saved credit card by selecting "update".
Enter the new expiration date and select "update" again.
What if my credit card has expired?
If the credit card number is the same, you'll just have to update the expiration date by following the same steps as above.
