We're excited to provide you with the option to save your credit card information to your Uncommon Goods account. This makes it easier and safer for you to place your orders quickly.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is there a limit to the number of credit cards I can save?
You can save as many cards as you like to your account. If you're an Uncommon Perks member, the card you use for your membership fee can also be used at checkout, unless you decide to change it.
How do I update my default card on file?
The last card you save will automatically be set as your default. To change your default card, just delete the current one and add a new one.
How do I delete or update my saved credit card in my account?
- Sign in to your account and go to the Payment Methods section.
- Click 'delete' to remove a saved credit card or 'update' to change the expiration date or delete a card.
- If you want to update a saved credit card number, you'll need to delete the old card first and then add the new one.
How is my credit card information kept secure?
All credit card information sent to Uncommon Goods is protected with Transport Layer Security technology (TLS) and tokenized with our credit card processors. We don’t store any sensitive credit card details, just the tokens provided by our processors.
How do I save my credit card information?
- Sign into your account.
- During checkout, enter your card information and select 'Add to Saved Payment Methods.'
- After your card information is confirmed, it will be saved in your account.
How will my saved information appear during checkout?
If you're signed into your account while checking out, your saved credit card information will automatically fill in the credit card field. The most recently saved card will show up first.
If you have another saved credit card or want to add a new one, just click on the down arrow in the credit card field.
Why don't I need to enter the CVV number from my credit card?
Since we tokenize credit card information the first time you add it, you won’t need to re-enter the CVV number for future purchases.
How do I update my credit card information during checkout?
- You can update the expiration date on your saved credit card by selecting 'update.'
- Enter the new expiration date and click 'update' again.
What if my credit card has expired?
If the credit card number is the same, just update the expiration date using the steps mentioned above.
